Note: the Mutianyu Great Wall is a steep section of the wall. Here you have the option of taking the Cable car to the highest point or down to the foot in a few minutes instead of climbing over 1,400 steps, while you can have a better bird's-eye view of the wall.
Sacred Way: an attractive 7-kilomtetre-long-tree-lined way which leads to the Ming Tombs, bordered by 12 sets each of animal and human statues, and includes the attractive Great Red Gate, housing a stele on the back of a tortoise, and marble memorial archway. Mutian Yu Great Wall: Chinese Great Wall was originally built in the Spring & Autumn Period (770-476BC), once stretched 12,600 kilometers across China's barren northern terrain from the Bohai Sea to the Gobi Desert. It has been considered the greatest of the ancient military projects in the world. And the Mutian Yu Great Wall is a famous section of the Great Wall. It was originally built in over 1400 years ago, and rebuilt in the early years of the Ming dynasty (1368-1644).

Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show: A performance of music and dances that was originated in the Tang dynasty capital Chang'an (present Xi'an) over a thousand years ago. At the show, the musicians present the music with the Tang-dynasty-style musical instruments, and dancers perform the dances that were danced in the ancient palace.
Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum: a much lauded destination in China, in which the terracotta warriors and horses have been extolled as "the eighth great wonder of the world" and "the greatest discovery of the 20th century" since they were dug up in 1974. Nearly 10,000 pieces of unequalled terracotta warriors and horses constitute a big commanding legion in the big pits of the museum. Two exquisite pieces of Bronze Chariots with Horses, uncounted bronze weapons such as crossbows, arrows, spears, swords, lances, and halberds etc were also found in the pits. They were all listed on the World Cultural Heritage Catalogue by the UNESCO in 1987.
Xi'an Beilin Museum: also known as Xi'an Stele Forest Museum. It is a museum for famous stone sculptures, tombstones and steles which was first built in 1087 AD. There are over 3000 pieces of steles are housed in the museum, some of which were written by the greatest calligraphers of the ancient times. In addition, the highlights of the museum also include the old trees, Confucius Temple, steles' pavilions and the 11,000 pieces of cultural relics that housed in the big showrooms…
Big Wild Goose Pagoda: aka Dayang Pagoda, located in the Da Ci'en Temple, it was first built in the Tang Dynasty. Xuanzang, an eminent Buddhist scholar of the time, planned to have a huge stone pagoda built to house the Sanskrit Buddhist scriptures that he had brought back from India.
Cantonese Cuisine: originates from Guangdong (Canton), a southern China's province. It is one of the eight famous cuisine systems of China, consists of Guangzhou Cuisine, Chaozhou Cuisine and Dongjiang (or Hakka) Cuisine. Huaqing Hot Springs: the Chinese name Huachingchi, situated at the northern foot of Mt. Lishan in Lintong County, 30 kilometers from Xian City, Huaqing Hot Spring is famed for both its dainty spring scenery and the romantic love story of Emperor Xuanzong (685-762) and his concubine Yang Guifei in the Tang Dynasty (618-907).
Bell Tower:a three-layer-eave-timbered magnificent tower featuring the architectural style of Tang and Song dynasties, is totally 36 meters in height, was originally built in 1384 AD, it has a giant bell, grey bricks, dark green tiles, gold-plating roof, and gilded paintings. This old architectural masterpiece of Xi'an has been considered the symbol of the city.
Ancient City Wall: The wall is 15 meters wide and 11.9 kilometers in perimeter, it is the most intact city defensive fortification in China, including turrets, ramparts, sentry towers, gate towers, battlements and a number of other military facilities.

Pagoda of Six Harmonies: standing on the north bank of the Qiantang River to the south of Hangzhou City, the Six Harmonies Pagoda was first built in 970 A.D. with a purpose of keeping down the river tide. Rebuilt in 1153, today's pagoda is nearly 60 meters in height. It is a half-timbered pavilion-style structure, with 8 facets, 7 stories and numerous beautiful brick carvings. Mounting atop the pagoda, tourists can have panoramic view of the beauty of the Qiantang River and the bridge across the river. Behind the Six Harmonies Pagoda is the Chinese Ancient Pagoda Exhibition Park, in which there are a hundred miniatures of famous pagodas in the ancient times. In the park, tourists can see ancient Chinese pagodas with various architectural styles.
Lingyin Temple:the literal meaning is Temple of Soul's Retreat, perched at the foot of the Lingyin hill, the northwest of West Lake. It was put up and named by a celebrated Indian Buddhist in 326 AD. The Three Pools Mirroring the Moon: is one of the ten old attractions of the West Lake (Xihu). It is a classical water garden with zigzag bridge, pavilions, shrine, lake, and isle. There are three 2-metre-high ancient stone pagodas built in the lake. It is said that this garden is named the Three Pools Mirroring the Moon for these pagodas. The reason is worthy of an exploration when you come here. If you take out one Yuan of the RMB now, you will see the three pagodas' pattern on it.
Wuzhen: a 1,300-year-old water town with ancient homes, workshops, theatre stage and stores still standing on the banks of the rivers. It has many special museums for showing the coins, wooden carvings, shadow figures, ancient beds, and folk customs etc. Wuzhen Town is also renowned for its tasteful local food.
Grand Canal: the oldest and longest canal in the world. It was dug in over 1,400 years ago for transporting the southern grains to the north. This 1,794-kilometer-long canal connecting Beijing and Hangzhou, boasts of the landscape on both sides of the river.
Pan Gate: also called Panmen Gate, named Panmen in Chinese, originally built in 514 BC, rebuilt in 1351 AD. It is the only remaining one among the 16 ancient land-or-water city gates. This very unique defensive gate built on the ancient moat belongs to one part of the Panmen Gate Scenic Area. It is so famous that Marco Polo Mounted on its tower to overlook the beautiful Suzhou City in centuries ago.
Garden of the Master Fishing Net: or the Master-of-Nets Garden (Wangshiyuan), known as one of the most famous gardens in Suzhou, built in 1174 A.D. It is a typical Suzhou style private garden with beautiful old buildings, grotesque rocks, pools, flowers, and trees…it is also a far-famed architectural achievement for its illusionary use of space, making it seem much larger than its actual size, though only covers an area of 0.6 hectare. This garden was listed on the Catalog of World Cultural Heritage Site by the UNESCO in 1997.
The No. 1 Silk Factory: Suzhou silk has been one of the four silk brands in China and has been exported to many countries since ancient time. In this silk factory, tourists will know more about silk production and its manufacturing process, and can purchase genuine delicate silk articles as well.

Cormorants Catching Fish: It is very traditionally to use cormorants catching fish in China. In the evening, the fishermen on bamboo rafts use strong lights suspended over the water to attract the fish. The cormorants, which are tethered with rings round the base of their necks, catch the fish and then disgorge them for the fishermen. It is said that one cormorant is better than three fishermen.
